Furniture Shipping:

STANDARD SHIPPING
Your patio furniture is shipped by common carrier - Roadway, FedEx Freight. It is shipped in the manufacturer's cartons and packing. We take extra care to assure your furniture arrives without freight damage. You should inspect the boxes for damage and note any visable damage or missing boxes on the freight bill before you sign for your furniture. Trucking companies cannot wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents. They will allow you to inspect contents or refuse delivery on damaged boxes. Please notify us immediately if you have freight or manufacturing damage. We will assist you with claims, repairs and/or replacements.

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer Bekins shipping service. You can now have your furniture unpacked, placed in your patio or pool area and all packing materials removed. Call for details and a freight quote.

CURB SIDE DELIVERY
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
  1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
  2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
  3. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
  4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
  5. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.

ORDERING
Special orders require a 50% credit card deposit. The balance will be charged when we ship the furniture to you. Stock orders for quick shipment are charged when you order and will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

DELIVERY TIME
We always give you up to date manufacturing times based on information from our vendors. If delivery time exceeds the time quoted it is due to manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control.

Return Policy:

Today's Patio is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return items. We try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, if your return results in a full refund, a 10% restocking fee will be implemented. There is no restocking fee for an exchange in color, etc. Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to either the customer or back to Today's Patio, the return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer. Today's Patio will assist you with the return freight paperwork, which will assure you our volume discounts with the freight carriers.
