Special Order Products: Special orders require a minimum 50% credit card deposit at the time of purchase. The balance of your order will be charged when we ship the furniture to you.
Open Stock Products: Stock orders for quick shipment or direct ship from the manufacturer are charged in full when your order is placed and will be shipped within 72 hours.
Payment in full is required before any product can be shipped.
We collect all applicable state sales taxes for the following states: Arizona & California
We collect all applicable county sales taxes for the following counties: Maricopa, Pima & San Diego
We collect all applicable city sales taxes for the following cities: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale (AZ), Gilbert, Tucson & San Diego
Your patio furniture will be shipped by common carrier - YRC Freight, UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, etc. It is shipped in the manufacturer's cartons and packing. Standard shipping includes curb side delivery only.
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of outdoor furniture items or removal of packaging materials.
Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.
We take extra care to assure your outdoor patio furniture arrives without freight damage. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. Trucking companies may not be able to wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents. They will allow you to inspect contents or refuse delivery on damaged boxes. Please notify us immediately if you have freight or manufacturing damage. We will assist you with claims, repairs and/or replacements.
We are pleased to offer white-glove shipping & delivery services upon request. You can now have your patio furniture unpacked, placed in your patio or pool area and all packing materials removed. Call for details or a freight quote. Additional charges apply for white-glove services.
In some cases, we may be able to provide expedited shipping. Please call for information and availability regarding expedited shipping services. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping services.
We will always give you up to date manufacturing and lead times based on information from our vendors. If delivery time exceeds the time quoted it is due to manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control.

Today's Patio is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return items. We try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, if your return results in a full refund, a 15% restocking fee will be implemented. There is no restocking fee for an exchange in color, etc. Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to either the customer or back to Today's Patio, the return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer. Today's Patio will assist you with the return freight paperwork, which will assure you our volume discounts with the freight carriers.
