All returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of product. No returns will be accepted after ten (10) days.

Open Stock Products

No re-stocking fees will be applied to open stock products that have not been delivered or shipped out. Open stock products purchased online or shipped via freight/parcel carrier will be assessed a 50% re-stocking fee.

Accessories

Accessories may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Return shipping fees may apply for purchases made online or by phone/email. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days.

Clearance Products

Purchases clearance items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
