The online checkout process can become a burden with unexpected shipping and delivery costs or options. We believe the checkout process should be as simple as possible with no surprises. That’s why we created our Simplified Shipping program to help make the checkout process a breeze. You’ll find simple, flat rates based on your order size and enjoy FREE SHIPPING with any order over $3500. Ground shipping rates apply to all ground shipping eligible items.


CURRENT FREIGHT SHIPPING RATES


Cart total under $1500: $395 shipping

Cart total $1500 to $2499: $295 shipping

Cart total $2500 to $3499: $195 shipping

Cart total over $3500: FREE shipping


OTHER SHIPPING RATES

Furniture Covers: $12 for 1st cover, $3 for each additional

Market Umbrellas: $30 shipping, each

Oversized Items: Additional $149
Applies to any shipment, regardless of cart total.


CURBSIDE DELIVERY SERVICES

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the END OF YOUR DRIVEWAY. This service does not include set up or assembly of outdoor furniture items or removal of packaging materials. Please let your salesperson know if you live down a road that the delivery truck CANNOT ACCESS without causing damage to the truck or is UNABLE TO TURN AROUND.  Other arrangements may need to be made.

  1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
  2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule your delivery to your home.  You may also call the phone number provided at the link emailed with your tracking # to schedule your delivery.
  3. Deliveries are usually made between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (sometimes later), Monday-Friday.
  4. Adult signature is required for all deliveries.  The driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.


WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICES

White glove delivery services are available throughout select areas in Arizona and southern California. Our white glove delivery rates will vary based on the area and will be offered as a shipping option at checkout for those orders that qualify. White glove services include unpacking and assembly of the product(s) as well as placement in your desired location. Other restrictions may apply. Please contact a sales associate for additional information or to check availability in your area.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our shipping options include standard ground shipping and curbside delivery within the continental U.S. only. For orders anywhere outside the continental U.S. standard shipping rates apply to ship to a freight forwarder of your choice.
